Payment of Reservations
Payments must be made to the Sales
and Reservations Office by credit card or cheque.
A 30% deposit ($170 minimum) is required at the time of reservation.
The balance is payable 45 days before arrival. A postdated
cheque for the balance must accompany the deposit.
Reservations made less than 45 days before arrival must be
paid in full by the date specified at the time of reservation.
Reservation holders who fail to pay by the specified dates
or whose cheques are returned by financial institutions will
have their reservations automatically cancelled. Certain administrative
fees may be apply.
Cancellation Fees: Thirty percent of the total cost
of the reservation is nonrefundable. One hundred percent is
nonrefundable in the event a cancellation is made 45 days
before arrival.
Alterations: Customers may make alterations to reservations
under certain conditions. A $30 fee applies. Requests for
alterations must be received at least 45 days before arrival.
Refunds: Customers who arrive late or leave early
for reasons not attributable to SÉPAQ (Société
des établissements de plein air du Québec) will
not receive refunds.
Please note that fees may vary for services and activities
that SÉPAQ has delegated to concession operators. SÉPAQ
and its operators reserve the right to make changes to services,
conditions and rates without prior notice. The rates indicated
do not include taxes. Accommodation (cabins) is free for children
under 18 under certain conditions.
