Restauration
For several years the Auberge Fort-Prével has been home to one of the region's best restaurants. Le Bastion Restaurant, under the direction of Chef Dominic Béland, offers modern continental cuisine featuring regional products. The chef’s famous smoked salmon and gaspésienne bouillabaisse are among the favourite regional specialities.

Le Bastion Restaurant accommodates up to 90 people. What's more, the two joined reception halls, located on the first floor of the inn, can hold up to 140 people in banquet configuration. Bar service is also offered to restaurant and golf chalet customers.

The golf cabin and Resto-Golf Le 19e are located next to the hotel. You can eat there before or after your game of golf. A family menu is available from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
