The Mountain Lodge is the perfect place to discover or practise alpine touring. A cross between off-trail cross country skiing and downhill skiing, this sport delights fans of powder snow. Pristine white snowfields, open glades and 300 m altitude differences are calling! All equipment provided. No mechanical ski lift.

A mixture of snowshoeing and skiing, Hok skiing promises you a new experience. It's accessible to all and requires no particular technique. The short wide skis fitted with climbing skins make the climbing easy and the ski back down slow. Ideal for good times in the powder snow! All equipment provided.

This snowboard, inspired by alpine touring, splits in two. For climbing, the heels are mobile. For the descent, you join the two sections of the board together and adjust the bindings to create a real snowboard. The powdery snowfields are yours! Snowboard, bindings and climbing skins provided (limited quantities). Bring your snowboard boots. No mechanical ski lift.

Both indoors and outdoors, everything at the Lodge invites relaxation. From the spa to the sauna, from panoramic balconies to comfortable sofas, wherever you go, the same peacefulness reigns. Give in to the gentle music of a stream, admire the changing light on the mountains, and savour gourmet meals. Total escape from the urban uproar and the daily grind...

Be on the lookout: Québec's three great members of the deer family share the Lodge's territory with you. With an average of 33 animals/10-km2, moose greatly outnumber people here! The area's caribou and white-tailed deer also increase your chances of encounters. Look to the sky as well. It is full of birds of prey (eagles, buzzards, falcons).

Enjoy a short hike or a backpacking trek either alone or with a guide. Anything is possible here. From dense forest to tundra, the trails cut through a variety of mountainous landscapes. You can also explore barren peaks over 1,000 m high, and get a sense of the territory's immensity.

Imagine over 100 km of forest roads...just for you! Explore the heart of this untamed territory on a mountain bike, either with or without a guide. Along the way there are many lakes and rivers where you can stop and take a scenic break. Bike and helmet provided (gloves not provided).

Enjoy a change of scenery kilometre after kilometre. From valleys to summits, the vegetation varies with the landscape. A fir-yellow birch stand here, alpine tundra up there...and everywhere, rare and protected species. Beautiful discoveries in store!

A new activity is now available! Canyoning alternates between hiking, rappelling, and swimming and involves making your way through a rugged and steep-sided valley. This activity is offered by our partner Eskamer and takes place on a stream, Ruisseau Beaulieu, that flows by the base of Mont Nicol-Albert. You'll be fully equipped from your head to your feet, as well as provided with meals and snacks.

The chef's healthy and delicious meals feature fish and game, and the window-lined dining room is a friendly space. Everyone dines together at large tables, a seating arrangement that invites discussions among guests.

Hot beverages, muffins, cookies and other snacks are available at all times in the dining room. For longer outings in nature, you can also ask the kitchen staff to make you a delicious and energizing boxed lunch.

The Lodge's exceptional setting, friendly atmosphere and grand comfort make it a perfect place for business meetings. Your team or your clients can mix work, outdoor activities and relaxation.

The multi-purpose room seats 18 people. With windows everywhere, it offers an awe-inspiring view of Mont Coleman. Internet access and a full range of audiovisual equipment provided.
